‘Baked with Love, Free From Wheat’

“Hi, I’m Lacey!
My story is a little unconventional — I spent years as a trained psychotherapist before deciding to follow my heart straight into the kitchen. Baking had quietly become my passion, and here I am, loving every minute of it!

I grew up in Ventura County, where good food and time spent with loved ones were at the heart of everything. Those roots have never left me, and they show up in everything I bake to this day.

It all started a few years ago when I grew tired of the gluten-free options on the shelves. Nothing tasted quite right, so I rolled up my sleeves and started making my own. I’ve been gluten-free for many years, so I know firsthand how much it stings to feel like you’re missing out on the good stuff. So I started baking the treats I actually wanted to eat — and then naturally, I started sharing them with the people around me. The reaction? Everyone loved them! That’s when I knew this was something special.

When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me out on the water fishing, cuddling my German Shepard, sharing good food with the people I love, or honestly just dreaming up my next bake. I’m someone who finds joy in the simple things — good company, great food, and the occasional perfect catch!

Every single thing I bake is made with love — no shortcuts, no compromises. Just honest, homemade baking from someone who truly gets it.”
